In the rare event of a video hiccup within the first 5 minutes, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You can either request a refund or we may choose to restart the show at a significantly reduced token price, depending on the situation. We’ll make that decision based on what’s best for everyone involved. We cannot honor refunds after the 10-minute mark has passed. We stream in crisp 1080p using a wired Ethernet connection and high-end gear, so technical issues are very unlikely—but hey, even the best tech can have a mind of its own sometimes!
